Certificate for ZEOMIGHTY was renewed by JIWET

ZEOMIGHTY, our anti-corrosion agent specially designed for sewerage concrete, was reviewed under the scheme of “the Construction Technology Review and Certification” by JIWET, Japan Institute of Wastewater Engineering and Technology, and we received the renewed certificate on March 10, 2015.

This certificate objectively proves its efficacy and features through technical review of private company’s new technologies by JIWET under the authorization of MLIT for the purpose of contributing to promoting new technologies in sewerage industries.  It is valid for 5 years before renewal.  This is the 3^rd renewal since 2000 for ZEOMIGHTY.

ZEOMIGHTY is specially designed to prevent concrete corrosion derived from sulfur oxidizing bacteria in sewerage facilities.  ZEOMIGHTY is applicable to concrete products such as concrete pipe and manhole as well as cast-in-place concrete.

This certificate means that ZEOMIGHTY added concrete (antimicrobial concrete) satisfied the required anti-corrosion ability through the field test conducted at sewerage facilities.  This certificate is highly acclaimed by Japan’s nationwide municipalities.

Since 1997 when ZEOMIGHTY was introduced to the market, total sales volume has reached to approx. 180,000 tons.  We will continue to evaluate the efficacy of ZEOMIGHTY in order for municipalities to easily introduce antimicrobial concrete to their sewage works.
