Aggregate

Aggregate is a collective term for such materials that are mixed into cement such as sand, gravel, rubble, or slag when making concrete or mortar. Material where 85% or more of the elements pass through a 5mm screen is considered fine aggregate, and that where 85% or more remains is called rough aggregate.
